I would recommend Vertu Volvo Taunton because: The Sales Consultant Rob Scott has been most helpful and patient in explaining the many facilities and functions of this excellent top of the range Volvo XC60. He and the sales Managers and Aftersales Manager have gone out of their way to make the purchasing experience as smooth as possible. There has unfortunately been some administrative problems with the paperwork which still have to be corrected some 7 weeks since purchase, but on the understanding these are now being resolved promptly, I have given a 9 score rating and a Very Satisfied marking.

I have just purchased a Volvo XC90, and I have to say, the entire process was an absolute breeze, thanks to Jack. From start to finish, Jack went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly. His level of service was impeccable, truly reinstating my faith in what excellent customer service should be. It's rare to come across someone so dedicated and personable, and Jack made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.
The dealership itself was also top-notch — immaculately clean, well-organized, and welcoming. And as a nice touch, they serve great coffee too :)

I would not recommend Vertu Volvo Taunton because we had such a terrible experience buying a car. The sales people were unfamiliar with the details of the car we wanted to buy. The details about the on the vertu web site were incorrect. The car itself was in no condition to be driven, and the trade in amount offered for our old volvo was insulting.
